3. Orders and Payments
Orders are accepted subject to availability.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This email does not constitute acceptance — your order is accepted once payment is processed and goods are dispatched.
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT as applicable.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Cuddle Me Cashmere is not liable for delays once items have been shipped. If you have any specific requests, contact us prior to ordering as we will see if we're able to accomodate and meet your request, however, we can not guarantee this.

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Custom or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.
